Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

During high-volume periods, launches, or promotions, processing times may be slightly extended. We appreciate your patience.


Shipping Rates & Delivery

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times vary by carrier and destination and begin once your order has shipped. Oak Lane is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.


Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.


Address Accuracy

Please ensure all shipping information is entered correctly at checkout. Oak Lane is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for additional shipping costs.


Lost or Stolen Packages

Oak Lane is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier. If you believe your package is missing, please contact the carrier directly with your tracking information.


Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at oak.lane.kids.clothing@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery, including photos of the item and packaging, so we can assist you promptly.
